90 Day Journey – Update #4
Hi Friends!
Back with another quick update on my 90 Day Journey.
My workout routine has been something I have been focusing on over the last few days. Trying to find a routine that I really enjoy and love and trying to really stick to it. I am finding that using my calendar and actually scheduling in my workouts as an appointment has really helped! I also tend to block out that time as busy in my work calendar so I know that nothing can get scheduled in that time should I chose to have my workout during work hours. Ideally I’d like to get my workouts done before i start work but some days this will not be possible because.. well honestly sleep.
I have been great at incorporating more greens and veggies into my diet! I have been reobsessed with salads again, you can get SO creative and add so much goodness. This week for a salad base I have been using arugula which is one of my favourite greens!
Soups are another great way to add in veggies to your diet! Stay tuned, because in a few weeks I will be sharing with you one of my go to soup recipes.
I bought this weekly planner off Amazon, and I plan out my meals, mostly dinners. It’s a great way to see on paper the variety of meals and keep things different!
Nothing new to report on the quitting smoking section. All continues to go well with that.
